The lodge Rifugio Cupi is the point of arrival on the first stage of the Grande Anello dei Sibillini (acronym GAS) hiking trail of 120 km. The entire ring can be accomplished in nine days.

You can find, below, the stage of the path that starts from Visso, located in the center of the Park, and continues clockwise. The ring, if you prefer, can be traveled in the opposite direction, starting from any point on the stage.

For a better organization and service, it’s better to book ahead of time, the various shelters or alternative structures of the Grande Anello dei Sibillini.

Stage Garulla-Rubbiano following the flood in the  Tenna  and Ambro rivers, there are not the bridges. more, and who want to cross them, should be careful.

Stage Fiastra – Monastero. It is important to note that there is no lodge or other accomodation at the Monastero village. There is one in San Liberato, Agriturismo La Quercia della Memoria, call them at 0733 694431 or e-mailThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  to make arrangements for them to pick you up at Monastero village. If you prefer to stay on the trial in the mountains you can do a longer hike to Pintura di Bolognola, you can find accomodations there (see the list below) and in the Garulla too.
